Meet the chef

Hi, I’m Hoa.

For the past six years, I worked in the fashion industry as a model agent. But alongside that world, I was always cooking. What started as curiosity slowly became something deeper. In 2025, I decided to enroll at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.

Now, I’m pursuing a new chapter through curated dinners and ongoing education. I want to learn as much as I possibly can about food — through travel, working alongside chefs, stepping into different kitchens, and continuing to refine my voice as a cook. Every restaurant, every collaboration, every meal is part of that journey.

I believe sharing food with others is one of the most intimate experiences we can offer. A meal holds memory, culture, vulnerability, and connection. My goal is to create food where that intimacy feels intentional and alive.
